The GFOA Leadership Development Scholarship (GLDS) program is available to assist working professionals with funding to advance their careers in public finance.

Contributions in the form of annual contributions, Qualified Charitable Contributions as defined by the IRS, or legacy gifts made as part of a trust or estate will be used to fund annual GLDS scholarships. Contributions made will be matched by GFOA.
