ERP Project Team Workshop

This course is designed to provide strategies, recommendations, and tools for members of a government's ERP project team. This "project team" or "core group" made up of representatives from across the organization often serves as subject matter experts, technical resources, change agents, project managers, and overall drivers of project goals. Taking on the role of project team member often requires an individual to take on new responsibilities, engage the organization in new ways, and develop skills in project management, change management, and communications. This course will focus on new skills that a project team member needs to know. Special emphasis will be placed on project management, business process improvement, developing requirements, and testing as it relates to the project team and their role in an ERP project.
