Realizing the Best of Both Worlds: An Engaged Workforce
Over the past several years, GFOA has been researching ways to engage public finance employees in the workplace. Engaging workplaces find it easier to recruit, retain, and get the most from their employees. In our work, we surveyed finance officers across the United States and Canada to assess the level of employee engagement.
