Black Caucus Webinar - What I Wish I Knew Then

Using a question-and-answer format, this webinar will explore the role a Municipal Advisor plays in the financial operations of a local government. In particular, the session led by GFOA Black Caucus officers aims to tackle related topics that are salient to caucus members, such as how a lack of diversity within the municipal advisory industry has impacted communities. It will also consider why governments need a Municipal Advisor, what governments should look for when hiring an MA, and when they should look to refinance bonds.
